Born on 2nd of may 1982 in Paris suburb, Lorie discovered the power of touching audience’s heart when she was young, while ice skating competing. Unfortunatelly, a knee injury stopped her goal of becoming an ice skating champion…
As music and dance had always been part of her life, she decided to concentrate on this way to entertain.
Her meeting with producer Johnny Williams as she turned 18, signed the begining of Lorie’s rise to stardome.
After her first single Près de moi certified platinum in 2001, and a first album Près de toi certified double platinum, Lorie’s career kept on rising the lashing way.
6 years later, Lorie has become a genuine icon for teenagers. Her charisma and professionalism, mixed with producer Johnny Williams' talent, allowed her to sell millions of singles, albums and DVDs as well as filling up largest venues during her 3 mega tours totalising around 300 concerts !
